How do I register?

Registration process is fully automatic after you make your first payment. Please follow the instructions on how to make a payment here: How it Works. After your first payment, you will receive an email with a one time link to set your password. After that you may use your email and password to login into your account and manage it.

When will you refill my account?

After you have successful checked out, your wireless account will be refilled instantly.

I have successfully checked out, why my account is not refilled?

In some cases, orders require manual review. Once manual review is complete, your account will be automatically refilled.

My order is 'Pending'. What does that mean?

Pending status means that we have received your order and will process it momentarily.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

How do I know that my account was successfully refilled?

After your order was completed and processed, you will get 2 text messages on that wireless number confirming your payment.
